Friendly staff, but we will never rent here again because it is a very inconvenient system. You need an app (which doesn't work for us) and then have to go through 3 checkpoints. You have to present the app again every time you use the elevator, so you can never move with multiple people. The staff also only has one extra passkey, so that doesn't help either…
Everything is well organized at ALLSAFE Nieuwegein. The service is excellent and the staff are very helpful. The storage space is clean, secure, and easily accessible. The entire process, from application to storing items, runs smoothly. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for extra space, whether temporary or long-term.
Ontvangen door een zeer vriendelijk dame met lang bruin haar. Ze heeft alles rustig uitgelegd, hoe de app werkt, waar op te letten en ze is meegelopen om te laten zien hoe alles praktisch werkt. Dit hebben we als zeer prettig ervaren op de locatie Nieuwegein.
The best experience you could get. They take care of everything. Staff is absolut fire. I'm renting there for more then 4 years and I'll never leave again
