It's a real shame. You make an appointment, all nice and dandy, to view a storage unit. Five minutes beforehand, Mr. Wim de Haas announces he's prepared everything. When we arrive, he looks us up and down and says, "Everything's rented out now," and tells us he doesn't want to do business with shady, shady characters.So, Wim, now I'm going to smear your business too so no one will want to do business with you.
I had a very negative experience with De Haas Caravanstalling. Yesterday, I made an appointment with Wim De Haas to view a storage unit he had listed on Marktplaats at 10:30 AM today. Because I was running a bit late, I let him know in advance that I would arrive half an hour later.Upon arrival, I was immediately told that the unit was already rented, without any further explanation. This naturally raises questions: how can a storage unit we had agreed to view be gone just half an hour later? Even more disturbing, I find that Wim didn't even send me a message or call to let me know. As a result, I drove 50 minutes for nothing.Very unprofessional and a terrible way to do business. I absolutely cannot recommend this company if you are looking for reliable communication and decent customer service.
