I’m putting my client number 445676 so you could find it . This was an absolute scam experience for me unfortunately . They live up to their name . Please read your contract with them . We rented a van from them at 10:00 AM . But they allegedly put the rental time was 8:00AM . Unfortunately it was like 2 hours later ( on the designated return day ) when we could return the vehicle due heavy snow and bad weather. They charged for an entire additional day saying the returned was late . These are . Absolutely money minded scammers hiding behind contracts , no customer care

Good customer service trying to find the best deal for me (many thanks Ilia), no surprises with the rental car. There are more price competitive companies out there for car rentals but i chose Diks for convenience.

Come ci come ca. Website reservation and payment system bit off, luckily Ilias saved the day.In the end all went well and we got a brand new Renault Traffic 6-seat combi.All in all really worth it, just make sure to make a call to ensure the reservation is correct in the system to prevent disappointment.

I got here because my car had to be fixed. I have talked to Ilyas and he quickly helped me find a cheap option that would help me get to work on that day! Later that week my car had to go to the garage again and Ilyas was once again here to help me get a car to help me get to my day to day business !! If you ever have to rent a car here make sure that Ilyas is here !
