We stored our belongings at De Opslagman for about eight months during our trip. What a great storage facility! Our belongings were kept dry and safe there. It's great that you can visit the showroom without an appointment. A staff member will let you in over the phone, explain everything, and then you can explore the warehouse at your own pace. It's also very convenient that there are carts available to transport your belongings. There are plenty of free parking spaces available right outside. Finally, we loved that you can cancel your rental on a daily basis! Highly recommended!

Very clean, enough trolleys, storage places adequate and enough parking space. The elevators were a bit slow though 😋

We used this facility for over 5 years and were quite satisfied with the services and the quality of the storage spaces. The location was always accessible and clean.

The financial customer service is unpleasant to say the least. I was supposed to be reimbursed within 14 days. On the 9th day I called to make sure I had understood correctly and I was told there is nothing to pay back. Obviously I am confused since I have been waiting for something that supposedly does not exist. The financial customer service person is not available to speak to me and I’m told she will call me back the following day with more info regarding this money. The following day I do not hear back, nor the next day after. I finally call again to be told the same ‘Diane is not available sorry’ and that they don’t know anything about my situation. I am stressed and frustrated, even more than before. Finally I insist enough and surprise surprise: Diane is available through the phone. Even more surprising: she does not know anything ! She does not apologise for her colleagues’ misleading information, nor apologises for failing to call me back after I made it clear that I really needed to speak to her. Finally she acts like nothing is wrong and that I will receive my money tomorrow. I tell her the service is bad and she thanks me ‘very much’, always very unpleasantly. I really won’t recommend this service. It’s a pity because the actual space works great, but this customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Especially when customers usually are in middle of stressful life changes like moving, when financial matters are even more urgent. Added stress for no reason. Customer service agents really don’t know how to deal with questions that are not related to the actual storage space and they don’t know how to transfer messages to their superiors in charge of financial matters.
