Unbelievable, constant hassle with robotics. We can never access our stuff. Service representatives can't do anything remotely. We've asked several times how to resolve this, but customer service never comes up with a concrete proposal. It's been over a year of hassle. Do yourself a favor and ignore ALLSAFE.Update January 5th: After ALLSAFE responded, we contacted them by email. After I asked for a concrete solution on December 17th, there was no response. January 4th, it happened again. Another trip to AllSAFE for a malfunctioning robotics system. A remote representative can't do anything after that.

Two to three times out of four, it doesn't work. It's great when it does, but outside office hours, there's no one available to remotely reset the system or help. Unfortunately, it's been this way for years. Today again, I was able to get in, but the storage unit wouldn't reach the dock.

The robotic storage fails a lot! The robot gets stuck and many times you cannot access your stuff. Also, If you come at night, out of office hours, the alarm goes off after you access it with the app. It seemed a good idea to have a robotic storage, but now I regret it.
