I am standing outside now, i.e 0906h, since 0828h as a result of a non-responsive system that gives me the error "Pin is niet bekend" with other people having the same error. They are supposed to be open at 0900h.
This is a structural problem that has been occuring regularly multiple times a year since I started renting a parking space in 2024.
Resetting the system remotely is possible but they refuse to do so.
The incompetence is ridiculous. There is no urgency whatsoever, no service, nothing. If you don't have to, don't rent anything here.....
And they won't fix the problem.....
But they do annually raise the premium of their "services".....

Although the whole system with entering your code 5 times per visit is a bit annoying, the staff is incredibly nice and professional and the space is lite and clean, so overall impression is excellent

I’ve recently rented a storage unit from ALLSAFE mini - Utrecht. I can’t recommend these guys enough. They are really nice, helpful and professional. They really took the time to answer all my questions, help me with different parts of the process. Definitely a very good option if you are looking for a convenient, secure and clean storage.
