From the very beginning, the staff on site were incredibly nice, hospitable, and pleasant to deal with when I picked up the van. While there was a temporary mix up on the invoice, their excellent human interaction, honesty, and quick resolution turned a frustrating situation into a fantastic customer experience. Highly recommend them for their accountability and great service!

I am happy to share that Diks resolved my concern fully and fairly. After escalating the issue, I was invited for a meeting with the operational team. They were very professional and respectful. Patiently explained the process to me and helped resolve my issue.I appreciate that Diks stood by their values when it mattered. It takes integrity to be able to step in and resolve the issue.

I’m putting my client number 445676 so you could find it . This was an absolute scam experience for me unfortunately . They live up to their name . Please read your contract with them . We rented a van from them at 10:00 AM . But they allegedly put the rental time was 8:00AM . Unfortunately it was like 2 hours later ( on the designated return day ) when we could return the vehicle due heavy snow and bad weather. They charged for an entire additional day saying the returned was late . These are . Absolutely money minded scammers hiding behind contracts , no customer care

Good customer service trying to find the best deal for me (many thanks Ilia), no surprises with the rental car. There are more price competitive companies out there for car rentals but i chose Diks for convenience.
