Terrible service. We had booked a van in advance with automatic transmission and a hand trolley (steekwagen) to move house — obviously for transporting heavy items.At 8:00 AM in Almere, it turned out the van had a manual transmission, and there was no hand trolley — just a simple small board with the wheels that couldn’t handle anything. Everything was closed at that hour, so we couldn’t buy a proper one anywhere.We didn’t ask for anything beyond what was clearly part of their job. No one even attempted to solve the issue. It caused tremendous stress and problems.A few of my friends were planning to use their services — all of them cancelled after hearing about our experience.Not recommended at all.

Wanted to rent a car for 2 days. We ended up finishing our business the day we rented the car, so we returned it early. They refunded the deposit and extra money for the Kms we estimated, as we only used it for 200 or kms. Great service, really fast to get on the way and then return the car. Also, we tried one other company to rent a car and they wouldn't rent us one because we were not NL residents. So I can recommend Diks, even as a foreigner.
