Update after 8 months of dealing with Boxie24 and I have to change my rating from 5 stars to 2 stars. Whereas the initial pick up of my items was easy and seamless the return has been an ongoing frustration. I requested a partial return and several of my items were not delivered. When they eventually were delivered they were left on the ground floor (even though I had initially paid for first floor delivery). They said their system mentioned ground floor delivery (and that they were doing it for free) but that was not clearly communicated to me. The final return of the rest of my items was even more disappointing. I booked my return date two months in advance, which was originally confirmed, only to have it rescheduled a few days before the delivery to two weeks after my planned one. Now the final delivery was missing not one but 4 furniture pieces! I am leaving below the original pickup review but know that their handling systems are not working properly.Old review: First time using Boxie24 for moving and storing my stuff and had a great experience. Clear communication, fast responses to all my questions and even faster moving service! Really impressed and definitely recommend. Shoutout to Michael who helped me with all my queries and concerns.

I am genuinely disgusted by the way I have been treated. This has been, without question, one of the most appalling and contemptible customer experiences I have ever endured. Richard, your conduct throughout this has been nothing short of disgraceful. You asked me for information, assured me it would be taken into account, and then proceeded to ignore it entirely. That demonstrates either a shocking level of incompetence or a complete disregard for your customers. Neither reflects someone who should be dealing with the public. What makes this even worse is the way you chose to speak to me afterwards. Your tone was arrogant, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. Instead of taking responsibility for your own failings, you attempted to speak down to me as though I were the problem. You should be deeply ashamed of the way you conducted yourself. Melanie, I only wish this call had been recorded. If your company had any standards whatsoever, that recording alone would speak volumes about the culture you tolerate. This entire process has been an exercise in frustration, disrespect, and astonishing incompetence. At every stage, I have been met with indifference, poor judgement, and a complete absence of accountability. It is genuinely difficult to understand how a business can operate with such little regard for the people who pay for its services. Richard, you have displayed a level of unprofessionalism that is frankly staggering. If this is how you believe customers should be treated, then you have fundamentally failed to understand even the most basic principles of respect, honesty, and customer service. You have not simply disappointed me—you have completely destroyed any confidence I could ever have had in your company. This experience has been disgraceful from beginning to end, and I will not hesitate to share exactly how I have been treated with anyone considering using your services.

From the first contact, everything went smoothly. My contact person Michael responded quickly to all my questions and actively thought along about the best solution for my situation. When it turned out I could manage with a smaller storage box, this was arranged without any issues.The entire process felt like genuine peace of mind: my belongings were picked up from my home and later neatly delivered back, even on the other side of the country.
