Great customer experience and very helpful.

I have been renting with Shurgard since 2021, starting with a normal rent of €193. Now it is supposed to become €404, more than double in just a few years. The recent 10% rent increase without a clear explanation is simply unacceptable. The only justification given is “high standards of service,” yet there is no visible improvement, upgrade, or added quality of service to justify these increases. The communication about this issue has been evasive and unsatisfactory. As a customer, I do not feel taken seriously. Transparency and respect for loyal customers should come first, but unfortunately that is not the case here.
