I’ve been going to Shurgard for a while now and most of the times I have a wonderful experience with the workers. They are very helpful and explain the process in detail to make sure there is no miscommunication. Kevin is a prime example of a worker in Shurgard who is eager to help and support you in the process. He was very kind and made sure we understood newly implemented changes in the system. Overall, we had a nice experience!
Very new and clean storage. Customer service is very efficient, and people working at the office are very nice.
I’m happy with the Shurgard Self Storage service, the staff is helpful and the units are clean, I never had any issues with rent and payment. I can recommend to use it for short and long term rent as well.
