I used Boxie24 in Amsterdam for storage and it’s been an absolute nightmare. One of my belongings went missing while in their care. At first, they admitted fault and even told me I would be compensated. Months later, I’m still chasing them, and they’ve completely gone back on their word.Not only did they lose something I trusted them to look after, but their customer service has been evasive, unprofessional, and frankly insulting. If a storage company can’t keep track of basic items or honour their own promises, what’s the point of trusting them with your possessions at all?There are plenty of storage providers in Amsterdam who understand accountability and customer service – Boxie24 is not one of them. If you value your belongings (or your sanity), go elsewhere.They deleted my review already and I will be re posting it every time you try to delete it again.
