My friend got a unit and the person on the phone took the time to explain everything in detail. They made the contract over the phone, guided him through signing it, and helped set up the app. Inside, everything works through the app (doors, elevators, etc.). They also provide large trolleys, which help a lot when moving things around. It’s not the cheapest option though, and I still need to review the checkout experience.
