I'd like to share my negative experience with GaragePark, hoping to warn others to be careful before signing a contract.I had a tour of GaragePark and was advised to choose the largest garage online, which they claimed was available. However, after signing the contract, it turned out I hadn't rented the largest garage, but a smaller one. When I brought this up, they pointed out that GaragePark had since sold the garages to external owners and now only provides tours and management. I had to take the matter up with the owner myself.Communication about this was very difficult. When I tried to contact them, they told me I'd "already called four times," as if that was a bad thing. Eventually, after much effort, I managed to get in touch with the owner, who explained that the management had been outsourced to 365Beheer. I was constantly being passed around. It turned out I'd signed a contract with an external party and not directly with GaragePark itself, even though that hadn't been made clear during the tour.What bothered me even more was that, after I reported that the largest garage wasn't available online, it suddenly appeared on the website a few hours later. When I inquired about this, they denied it and claimed the garage had been online since June 5th. Fortunately, I had a screenshot from July 15th that proves this is incorrect.Furthermore, the tours themselves were chaotic: employees arrived late and often didn't have the correct keys. Finally, I received a call from a GaragePark sales manager during the process, proposing an additional contract for another building that was yet to be built—again, on behalf of a different owner. All of this gave me the impression that the company is poorly organized and lacks transparency.In short: I regret signing a contract here. My belongings don't even fit in the rented garage, and I have to keep paying until a new tenant is found. This feels like deception. My advice to others: be extremely careful and read everything thoroughly before signing anything with GaragePark.

Expensive, expensive, expensive! €260 a month for a stall with a door that doesn't close properly, making it poorly insulated and often damp. Seven new mushroom species are growing in the toilet, and the floor in the stalls is peeling, so I probably won't get my €500 deposit back. You also pay extra service fees, but I have no idea what they're for. I tried calling the new park manager a few times, but no response, which left me without power for two days. There are no trash cans. The elevator is also broken now. Dubai prices for Action quality.It's quite cozy, though. There are often guests in the park doing wheelies on souped-up scooters, and there are parties here and there. The atmosphere is great if you're a multi-cult fan.
