Since I've been renting a storage unit, I've had leaks every year! Now again this fall, I reported it to the landlord a month ago, and it's still not resolved... They have to get approval from the board for the quote for removing the leaves... It can't be true! What a bunch of unprofessional bureaucrats!
The elevator breaks down regularly. Otherwise, I think it's fine.
I am satisfied with the secure accommodation. I use the garage box to store my hobby car, a convertible.
