The storage unit works wonderfully from a technological standpoint. It's simple to open and easy to load onto the freight elevator. I must also acknowledge the excellent work of Mr. Jose Salamanca, who helped me lower the renovation cost so I can use it for a few more years. Important areas for improvement: access by car or van is quite problematic because it's on a street with some traffic due to the nearby school and workshop, making parking practically impossible and unloading furniture or boxes quite inconvenient. Additionally, once unloaded, the access doors have an automatic opening time, so it's necessary to stop the infrared circuit to prevent the door from closing. (You have to put something in front of the infrared sensor to activate the automatic closing.) There's also the issue of the freight elevator, which only allows you to take goods to the first floor (where my storage unit is located) and not people. And if someone has trouble with stairs, well, tough luck!

I decided to post this review because I felt scammed and my business was seriously compromised. After signing the contract for access until midnight, I arrived at the storage unit at 11:00 PM and was denied access, which caused a serious problem for my business and the customer, as I was unable to provide the service. No one answered the phone to resolve the issue. After calling the next day, they told me they would fix it. A week later, I had the exact same problem, so I decided to jump the fence, as my business was in serious trouble due to a storage unit error. The next day, they called to tell me they were kicking me out of the storage unit. In addition to all the harm they've caused me, they charged me cancellation fees and interest, a cancellation I didn't request and that was due to their error. I asked to speak to the managers, but they didn't have the decency to assist me. I only received a female intermediary (I must say I had good dealings with her) who followed their instructions.All in all, a bad experience. I'm going to file a complaint and see how the process goes... if I run into any problems with it, I'll add it to the review.
