Although we ultimately didn't rent the storage unit due to personal reasons, I want to highlight Dani's excellent service. From the very first moment, he was incredibly friendly and attentive, and he explained all the available options to us with great patience and clarity. It's a pleasure to encounter such helpful and pleasant professionals. If we need storage space again in the future, we won't hesitate to contact him.
I'm delighted with Cityo Alcobendas. They have modern and very clean facilities, as well as personalized service (even via WhatsApp, which is incredibly convenient). I didn't have anywhere to store some furniture after moving to a smaller apartment, and Daniel quickly recommended the perfect space to fit what I needed to store without having to pay extra for space I didn't really need. Plus, he's always been there to help whenever I've had a question.If I ever need a storage unit again, or if someone asks me, I have no doubt I'll choose Cityo!
Great place for your belongings. Ample parking. They offer other complementary services. Easy access, secure storage. I've been using their storage facilities for a year now, and having tried other places, I'd give them a 10 out of 10 based on my experience.
