After a couple of hours browsing everything they have, thinking, measuring, comparing prices, seeing the huge variety and quality of the furniture... we couldn't decide between us, and in our case, we have to thank Jhonairy for her wonderful attention. She helped us so much to visualize, compare, relax, and make decisions! She has incredible patience! It was a real pleasure; it's wonderful to be treated and helped like that. Thank you again for everything! Now we just have to wait a "little" while for them to arrive, and we're sure that her team will deliver and assemble them with the same care! We can't wait!!! :)

Terrible! I don't recommend it. I bought a sofa, order number SS260360. It arrived at my house, and I requested curbside delivery. They placed it at my front door, so I only had to carry it into my living room. To my surprise, once it was set up, I saw that it had a tear on one side. It hadn't even been used for 24 hours. The next morning, first thing, less than 24 hours after delivery, I reported it, and when they finally responded days later, they told me they couldn't honor the warranty and that I had to pay 120 euros for the repair. The packaging wasn't damaged at all. They told me I shouldn't have signed for the delivery, even though I had complete faith in a company like this. Apparently, I should have waited with the driver to open the packaging and not trust either the company or the driver, because that's practically what customer service told him. It's unbelievable that a brand-new sofa broke in less than 24 hours, and to top it off, they tell me it's not under warranty and they can't take responsibility. Unbelievable. Unfortunately, I will have to escalate the matter to the consumer protection agency; I never thought I would get this surprise with a sofa that cost me 700 euros.

I was helped by Jhonairy, a super nice girl at the store. I was looking for a sofa bed of a very specific size, and she helped me and guided me to find one that would fit my living room. As for the sofa bed, it's firm and comfortable. If I want to binge-watch series on the weekend, this sofa does the trick, and the best part is that when I have guests, they can relax on it. 100% recommended, the service there was wonderful ❤️✨
