Terrible customer service
Storage units are available for rent or purchase. They have some called "Maleteros" that are quite nice, although the best ones are on the ground floor. The center is very nice, clean, and dry. Highly recommended.
I've been renting from them at another center they have nearby on Antonio Lopez Street, and fortunately, I was able to buy a 5 m2 one for €10,000. That way, I won't have to pay rent anymore.
