I've rented a Golf 7 long-term. From start to finish, everything has been 100% seamless. The women and men are all fantastic! The prices are unbeatable in all of Berlin and Brandenburg; I've really researched everything... If there are any problems, they're there immediately and, most importantly, always reachable, as always! --- Applause ---
I highly recommend DX Cars! From the first contact to the vehicle handover, everything was perfectly organized. The team is super friendly, honest, and competent – you can immediately tell that customer service is a top priority here. All questions were answered patiently, and the car was in perfect condition and exactly as described. I particularly appreciated the transparent communication and the smooth handover process. I would rent a vehicle from DX Cars again at any time – thank you for the great service!
There's nothing negative to report. Courteous, friendly, and they do everything to satisfy their customers. Everything always runs smoothly. If there are any problems, they're resolved as quickly as possible. I definitely won't use any other car rental company again!
