The promised 24/7 access to the boxes is a joke. The door was broken on several visits, making access impossible. It took several days to take concrete steps to resolve the problems. Overall, unfortunately, not a reliable provider.
Not recommended. Communication is abysmal, and after years, they come knocking about an allegedly outstanding bill. It had actually been resolved until recently when I received an email about "new" bank details, which was irrelevant to me. A few days later, a debt collection agency contacted me with a demand for payment. I had to postpone it until it was resolved, but nothing was resolved, and now I'm being charged extra fees. I'm unable to work due to PTSD and the personal circumstances I'm currently facing, and then this happens? All costs were submitted to the social welfare office via invoice, and they confirmed payment. Yet, the debt collection agency (Pair Finance, the Google reviews speak for themselves) is still involved. Storebox seems to have deliberately chosen this course of action and has no interest in finding a solution. Since one contractual partner is obligated to communicate with the other, Storebox failed to do so, only responding after considerable pressure from me. Shame on you.
Everything was great! The key word here is service-oriented. Reasonable prices, straightforward booking – you can sign the contract from home and immediately receive your compartment access details. In my opinion, the website is clear and user-friendly (especially compared to other providers). What I particularly appreciate is that I don't have to worry about office hours, as the compartments are accessible 24/7. Communication via email was incredibly fast and friendly; all my questions were answered promptly. I would definitely use them again!
