Suddenly, an email: Storebox is unavailable—but I need to get in!And for three days, customer service has been refusing to grant me access!
The promised 24/7 access to the boxes is probably a joke. The door was broken on several visits, making access impossible. Concrete measures to resolve the problems took several days. Overall, unfortunately, this is not a reliable provider.
Not recommended. The communication is terrible, and you end up calling them years later about an allegedly outstanding bill. It had actually been resolved until I recently received an email about "new" account information, which was irrelevant to me. A few days later, a debt collection agency contacted me with a demand. I had to postpone it until it was resolved, but nothing was resolved, and now I'm being charged additional costs. I'm unable to work due to PTSD and the circumstances I'm currently enduring privately, and then this happens? All costs were submitted to the social welfare office via invoice, which confirmed that it was paid, and yet the debt collection agency (Pair Finance, the Google reviews speak for themselves) still comes. Storebox must have deliberately chosen this route and has no interest in finding a solution. Since one contractual partner is obligated to communicate with the other, Storebox didn't comply, only after I exerted considerable pressure. Shame on you.
