The staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and highly competent. You can immediately tell that they work with great dedication and diligence, and that customer satisfaction is truly important to them.Since I initially had difficulty estimating the amount of my belongings, I had to change storage units twice at short notice. Each time, the team helped me quickly and easily to find a suitable solution. This support was invaluable in what was already a challenging situation, and I am truly grateful for it.I particularly appreciate that all questions are answered patiently and that the advice is honest. The staff are very knowledgeable about the different storage unit sizes and take the time to find the best solution together.The security concept also gives me great peace of mind. I know that my belongings are stored reliably and securely. Overall, there is a very pleasant atmosphere at this location; you feel welcome and treated with respect.. ... I can wholeheartedly recommend this MyPlace SelfStorage location. I think it's great that you don't have to throw away things you no longer need here, but can leave them in a "swap room." This way, waste is avoided and the items are given a second life. Please note that you can't just walk into the building. You have to register at reception beforehand and have them unlock the entrance. Thank you for this idea.
