Rating them somewhere between 4 and 5, price being the only reason what I am not giving a 5. I am definitely recommending them and would use them again anytOther than price, I have only good things to say: The actual storage compartments are top. Easy to access even for big items, clean, solid doors, nice background music, etc. The same is true for the overall site - very functional, easy to access 24/7 even with big items and big van, very clean, good location in the South-West of Berlin. There is also a well thought through service offering in addition to the storage itself, ranging from boxes via locks to storage racks. You can use that if you want, but it is not marketed in an aggressive / spammy manner, which I really liked. All processes from sign-up, via monthly payments to cancelation worked flawlessly, including the payments reminders, when I forgot to pay on time. WHAT I LIKED BEST: If you have some unusual requests, Andreas Beyer and team work with you to find a solution. I needed to store some extra long floor boards, for which there was no suitable storage unit available, and they found a practical solution to that.On price: From what I know it is in line with what you pay elsewhere in a similar location, i.e. it was not expensive. But it was also not a bargain, and I like bargains. Hence only 4 out of 5 points.
It was a very smooth experience and also have a reasonable pricing with package offers which were very useful in moving. The staff was also super friendly and helpful
We rented a 6m2 place for one month. The process was fast and easy. The facility was mostly clean and the staff was helpful. The steep hill going into the parking lot was our only issue because it's quite steep for full transporters.Overall we had a positive experience and we would recommend their services.
