Absolutely not recommended. Renting was straightforward. Termination was absolute chaos. No one on-site to contact. Suddenly, a report of defects was filed, even though the property had been handed over without a report. Long notice periods. The handover was delayed. Never again!!!!!!!
My experience was very positive. The rental process was straightforward, the communication was friendly over the phone, and everything in the garage itself was high-quality and clean. A caretaker is regularly on-site and helps with any problems. It just took a while for me to get a unit because everything was fully booked. And keep in mind that the warehouses aren't insulated, and it can get quite cold in the winter. I definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately, this is a very unreliable company; even written promises are not kept. Due to billing every four weeks, with long-term contracts you end up paying thirteen months' rent at the end of the year; customer friendliness is sadly a foreign concept here.
