Hi, I came to my storage today to booked for a space, I meet one of the staff called Mehmet Kalender , he was the one that attended to me , very friendly, well manner, very good guy , he is very nice, honestly if am to give him mark , is 💯 percent good, please keep it up .
I had to move out of my old apartment immediately, and my close friend sent me a link to this service. It was an amazing experience! I got everything ready in a few hours and moved the same day. They gave me a two-square-meter space and provided me with one lock and an extra plastic cover for my mattress. It's one of the best services, and you can come by every day from early morning to 10 p.m. It's affordable, very clean, well-lit, and easily accessible. Not to mention, the staff is super friendly! I will definitely use it again.
I went to My Place Storage looking for a secure space, and I was honestly impressed from the start. The staff member (Mr. Kalender) welcomed me so warmly that I immediately felt comfortable. We spoke in English the whole time, which made things so much easier for me. He took the time to explain every detail clearly and didn’t rush through anything. Took me around the place. Even answered all my little questions with patience. The storage spaces themselves are very clean, safe, and well organized. It gives me real peace of mind leaving my things here. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time!
