This storage facility is clean and well-managed. Staff are friendly and willing to help. I feel safe keeping my stuff here for years.While I was abroad, I encountered a billing issue, and they called me to solve the problem. I left a personal item at the front desk, and they promptly emailed me to identify it, keeping it safe until I could pick it up. They also helped me recycle some packaging boxes so that others may reuse them. I’ve had storage space in many different places, so far this is the best experience I’ve had.
I was using this storage unit for my business. On July 20th, 2025, there was a break-in. The thieves broke into many storage units, including mine. I lost all of my business inventory and investment. According to the police report, the theft occurred between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM. For 11 hours during the day, there was no security. I suffered a significant loss. I do not recommend this company. This place has no security.
The team working there was very professional and friendly. The place itself looks safe, modern and very clean. Great experience so far!
