I have been a Shurgard member for the last 4 years and am finally moving away. I have only had lovely experiences with the staff. I am especially grateful for Yasmine’s help to finalize my contract for my move. She was efficient, kind and very professional! I appreciate the friendliness and competency when finalizing my documents! :)

Recently rented a 2 m storage from here and as far as I experienced it's clean and secure. And employees there also helpful and friendly + the lady on the phone from customer service was super nice. I did not even imagine such a good service in Germany!
