I used the laundromat at Frankfurter Allee 33 and washed a large winter blanket in machine number 11. After the cycle, the blanket came out significantly dirtier than before, with numerous black stains across the entire surface. These stains could not be removed by hand and became permanent after drying.I reported the issue immediately by email and provided photos. I contacted the company twice more because I received no response at all. To this day, there has been no acknowledgement or assistance, even though the damage clearly occurred during use of their machine.The complete absence of customer service make it impossible to recommend this laundromat. A business should at least respond when its machines cause damage to a customer’s property.

We used it today. It's very clean, the machines come with detergent. It was 6e for a 6.5 kg wash and 2e per 10 minutes to dry. We used 20 minutes and cottons were still a bit damp. You can pay with a CC or Google wallet by tapping or with real money.

Great place to do laundry as a traveler. Free Wifi is available too.

I wasn’t able to find a washing center in Berlin with huge mega machines with over 12kg , but I found this place and the worker spoke with me in german and English which is super cool and nice and she was so helpful . And the place is super clean I really recommend this place 👍🏻✅
