Love the service - very simple and efficient from the beginning (onboarding experience) right through to using the actual facilities. Highly recommend Shurgard if you're looking for easy, efficient and affordable storage.
A 10/10 experience for what I've expect from a storage building. Get in yourself, carry things yourself (trolleys are provided by the building) and get out yourself. It is really wonderful for the things to go really smooth for such a service. You just book, confirm, go there put your stuff and get out. The app is especially so enjoyable, it doesn't have any delays, so that's cool.Money-wise I will stay neutral cuz I had no experiences with other storage buildings/firms to compare with. Maybe having to make an insurance should be shown in the price initially as well, that part might be a bit misdirective.
Both Tim and Robert were very helpful and remarkably friendly. Just rented a space and will update my review with full details once I check out. So far everything has been easy and with lots of security measures that make me feel safe. I greatly appreciate the effort they made to communicate with me in English.
