The reservation process is smooth, and the staff is helpful when needed.Note that some locations require custom locks, so regular padlocks won’t work; it’s best to buy the correct lock when reserving your unit.

Good price, initially. Said to me the prices will never rise and signed on same day a contract without asking where this statement is mentioned… Since then, the payments got adjusted a couple of times in the past couple of years. Not so trustworthy staff.. But compared to other storages, still cheaper.

The storage contract was a quick and easy setup. The floor manager, Cedric was prompt with his answers and very much on point. He was very well informed and knew before hand my concerns and queries. Shurguard, uses a very systematic approach, and everything is logical and I certainly felt it was secure. Good pricing and a well connected location. Kudos to the management for the training imparted to the staff. An overall professional service served with a helpful mindset and a smile.
