My experience with Shurgard was excellent from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything clearly. The rental agreement was completed within a single day. They also helped me set up the app on the spot, making it very easy to use from the beginning. Through the app, I could easily access my contract, keep track of my payments, and unlock the storage facility, which made every visit quick and convenient. The storage unit itself was always clean, dry, and odor-free. The building was easy to access, with an elevator and transport carts available to move boxes and furniture without any hassle. Throughout my rental, I always felt that my belongings were safe and secure, and I knew I could rely on the customer service team whenever I had a question. Even the move-out and cancellation process was smooth and straightforward. I highly recommend Shurgard to anyone looking for a storage unit. We have been customers for a long time, before Shurgard took over, but recently we've seen many improvements in customer service. Facilities are clean and secure, digital access is easy. The team is friendly, helpful and genuinely interested to give the best conditions to their customers. Although I don't usually write reviews, It would be a great omission of not praising the customer service team's interest in making sure that I was satisfied with their services. My experience was not entirely without problems and I encountered minor issues. However, it is worth mentioning the personal interest and patience of Mr. Mark as well as Mr. Tom in helping me and explaining everything related to the terms of the storage space rental agreement and especially access to the facility. In a country like Germany, which is not known for its high customer service level, the responsible representatives for the pre mentioned warehouse facility are a noticeable exception.
