The staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and highly competent. You can immediately tell that they work with great dedication and diligence, and that customer satisfaction is truly important to them.Since I initially had difficulty estimating the amount of my belongings, I had to change storage units twice at short notice. Each time, the team helped me quickly and easily to find a suitable solution. This support was invaluable in what was already a challenging situation, and I am truly grateful for it.I particularly appreciate that all questions are answered patiently and that the advice is honest. The staff are very knowledgeable about the different storage unit sizes and take the time to find the best solution together.The security concept also gives me great peace of mind. I know that my belongings are stored reliably and securely. Overall, there is a very pleasant atmosphere at this location; you feel welcome and treated with respect.. ... Dry, secure, and well-lit – no comparison to any dodgy warehouses. Access is straightforward, the equipment works flawlessly, and you feel safe at all times.The on-site team is another big plus: friendly, helpful, and, above all, competent. No forced friendliness here, just genuine service-oriented service. Questions are answered directly, and solutions are offered without any arguments or unnecessary back and forth.The price-performance ratio is excellent. Fantastic experience! The advice and support are excellent; there are two lovely ladies in administration. Small, free extra services, like package acceptance, are very valuable. The caretaker even assembled the heavy-duty shelves for me and put them in my unit. The door codes allow for flexible access to your unit at any time. I highly recommend it!
