Gym felt empty around 6 pm on a thursday. One employe working, had to wait for him 15 minutes. Entrance into the gym is kinda outdated. Gym equipment looks tip top and the calisthenics zone is the best Ive seen so far in munichs gyms.
I have been a Clever Fit member at various locations for over 10 years (Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm, Bonn, München Giesing) and, until last week, had only positive experiences with the studios and trainers. I regularly train four times per month at the Clever Fit Studio Munich West as a member of Clever Fit Giesing.Occasionally, I left the studio 3-5 minutes after the official closing time because I took a bit longer in the shower. However, last week, the trainer at the Munich West studio addressed me in a very rude manner, telling me that I was too late and stating that I was not a customer of the Munich West studio at all.The next day, I complained to another trainer about this behavior. Just one day later, I received a ban from the Clever Fit studios in Munich West, Mitte, Olympiapark, and Aschheim—without any prior discussion with me. The studio management completely took trainer side, without giving me the opportunity to explain myself.Of course, the minor delays were my fault, but I find a ban for three small delays completely disproportionate. Additionally, I consider trainer behavior and tone absolutely unacceptable. It is also very disappointing that Clever Fit West treats customers from other locations differently than its own members.I am very disappointed ...
Everything about this gym is excellent. I chose this gym because I read the reviews, and they have flexibility in the memberships. I was studying for a few months in Germany, so I only needed to join for a few months. The machines are all in good condition, people are very friendly, and the staff is always open to help. 100% recommended.
