I paid for the return, including the delivery to the apartment, which is on the 2nd floor, way more expensive. There were only two employers. They were not able to do it with only two people, so they told me they would come back later. They did not come and when I called to ask when they would come..."our employees did not promisse that" was the answer.Carelessly handled, did not deliver from what I paid for and dishonest. My cabinets are still in my building ground floor and neighbours are asking about it. Unbeliveble...
Quite easy to book. The move went very easy too. The 2 people who arrived couldn't speak English but we managed. My furniture is still in storage so I don't know how their situation is or how the move of the furniture will go, but all is well so far!
Terrible service in my opinion. You can only access your goods with approval from them on weekdays 9-5 and you have to pay EUR15,just to go there and access your own goods. No delivery nothing, just for them to allow you access to your own things. Also not very responsive.
