Very nice experience! Came by on a Saturday morning and everything was clearly explained and quickly sorted out. Great personal service by the staff and the location seems safe and well organized. Only needed the smallest box for a short time but still got great service and help.

We rented for 1 year as we prepared for a move to Nürnberg. The space we rented was perfect for our needs. The building was always clean, and the temperature comfortable both during the summer and winter. Also, a very helpful staff! Thank you for meeting our needs and exceeding our expectations!
Customer service is a way of life here. I feel that I am in good hands and the branch in Schoppershof, or rather the great employees on site, deserve a medal. You can't get more customer-friendly than that. I booked the all-round carefree package with my compartment. Even the change from my compartment to a larger one was completely unproblematic.
