On May 5, 2026, the police searched and/or forced entry into the storage unit. The operation has long since been completed, but access to the unit remains impossible as of June 20, 2026. Emails go unanswered, and the so-called service hotline claims it is not responsible.It is clear that storebox should be avoided altogether due to their complete lack of customer service. The only things they seem to be good at are taking payments and increasing the rent.
Includes a parcel locker for DPD, etc. This should perhaps be indicated by signage.
