Although I already left a detailed review for Shurgard Hohenschönhausen, I also wanted to leave one here because the team at Shurgard Self Storage Reinickendorf was the one that mainly looked after me throughout my rental. I can wholeheartedly recommend Shurgard Self Storage. Everything worked exactly as it should from the initial consultation and helpful recommendations to the rental agreement, app setup, and the clear explanation of how the storage facility and access system work. The entire team was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely customer-focused. Every question was answered with patience, and I always felt well supported throughout the entire process. It’s rare to experience such consistently excellent customer service these days, and I truly appreciated the time, kindness, and professionalism of everyone on the team.
