I was looking for a storage facility for my granddaughter. After picking 3 and going to check them, i chose Space Station. From start to finish they could not have have done anything better. Great meeting Mike, who gave us all details needed, showed us different storage units. We chose one and reserved, Mike helped us with this and the procedues. Also, they have an outside company who will pick up your goods and take them to the unit for you and store them. If you book for more than 2 months, the service is free. We had to change dates and the size of the unit last minute, but not an issue at all. Matt and his colleague looked after us with the removals, made it look effortless, nothing was to much trouble, even providing us with a box when we ran out. Don't be going for the £1 for the first month, go for quality, clean and helpful people who really go do look after you. I have no worries that our goods will come out as they went in. I purchased a mattress protector, £4, Matt took care of putting that on for us. He's even offered to move us when needed, I'll be happy to use him! I'm so very happy with this company, highly recommend Space Station, much better than the dirty others we visited.

First of all, this place isn't in Chiswick, it's in Brentford. Secondly, even though the guy I've talked to was nice, here is why I wouldn't use them anymore:- Yes, they bring your stuff at the end but only if you are up to 15 miles away and only after 2 months. - No free first month or any other short-term discount - The locks they sell cost more than online and if they need to break the lock (which takes a second) they charge £20 - that's just squeezing money out of people, because you can. - Albeit advertising a 1-week notice period, the insurance needs to be paid for the whole month from day 1 of the new month - that's not a 1-week notice period, and mentioning this at the beginning doesn't change that fact at all. Also, that information is *not* part of the weekly price they give you on their website, so it's simply false advertising. I don't care what legal loophole / justification you have for this 1-week but not really price of 1 week offer, it's simply counterintuitive and misleading. - £100 per month for the smallest storage unit is not a great price after all and certainly not with all the potential hidden costs. - Instead of living up to their sneaky price model, they palaver in circles when being called out on it.Never again.
