First of all, this place isn't in Chiswick, it's in Brentford. Secondly, even though the guy I've talked to was nice, here is why I wouldn't use them anymore:- Yes, they bring your stuff at the end but only if you are up to 15 miles away and only after 2 months. - No free first month or any other short-term discount - The locks they sell cost more than online and if they need to break the lock (which takes a second) they charge £20 - that's just squeezing money out of people, because you can. - Albeit advertising a 1-week notice period, the insurance needs to be paid for the whole month from day 1 of the new month - that's not a 1-week notice period, and mentioning this at the beginning doesn't change that fact at all. Also, that information is *not* part of the weekly price they give you on their website, so it's simply false advertising. I don't care what legal loophole / justification you have for this 1-week but not really price of 1 week offer, it's simply counterintuitive and misleading. - £100 per month for the smallest storage unit is not a great price after all and certainly not with all the potential hidden costs. - Instead of living up to their sneaky price model, they palaver in circles when being called out on it.Never again.

I stored with them twice now and this will be the last time.Positive: the staff is extremely polite, to the point that it comes off as non-authentic and you get that feeling that they want something from you.Negatives:- It's located is in the middle of nowhere. So far removed from everything, god forbid you couldn't drive there as it's totally inaccessible from public transport and if you somehow manage, the road is on is always disgustingly dirty as there is a cement factory just across.- Pricing isn't straight forward and there are a lot of extras and caveats. They advertise a free removal service but they don't say it's only if you stay a minimum of 2 months. Access is limited to working hours, even though I'm at work during those hours? Again you can access afterwards but you have to stay longer with them and they don't say when you join. Lots of caveats.- During my stay, the last 2 visits the elevator was broken and no way to access my belongings apart from a tiny staircase. This was days apart. On my final visit I had to remove all of my stuff going up and down the tiny stairs. It was a nightmare. If I had more stuff I would have been stuck there with no emails nor other communication from them letting me know. You will hear sorry, but you won't hear we will partially refund you as you're paying (a quite high) day rate for a service that is not up to standard and hasn't been for quite a long time.I wouldn't particularly trust the reviews either as they solicit after your stay with an email saying they will donate to charity.. Such good samaritans!Edit: You can see from their passive aggressive reply what I meant about the staff.Just to reiterate, when I left the elevator was still broken. They did NOTHING. And no communication whatsoever about it either. I want a refund!And yes they are lying about the elevator but also about the fact that the place is hardly accessible by public transport.Avoid.

Everyone I have dealt with at Chiswick Space Station has always been very efficient and helpful. Kareem and David,in particular, on my most recent rental, were great and my transfer from a competitor went very smoothly. Thank you. Definitely highly recommend.

It's a great place,but beware on the road leading up to it lest (approaching on foot) you meet a highwayman there after dark. I have a nice little place there not far from gate 11 where the flights to Mars leave from. Joking aside it's rather a curious experience, not being a dab hand at storage facilities it reminds one inside of some old Soviet space film. Very nice amenable staff offering often brilliant prices.
