Amy at Marylebone was a huge help to me when I had just started in the finance department of a Danish company that had a storage room at Attic Self Storage Marylebone (for our Uk office). I could see that we were paying for something but I did not have any information about the agreement or how to get access to the online system. Based on the information I did have, Amy was quickly able to help me get access to the account and update the contact details so that I would receive the relevant information – and a few weeks later, when I realized that the changes I had asked for, could make it a little more difficult for a colleague in London to get access to the storage room, Amy was again quick to help me get the contact details changed to a set-up that worked better for all involved.
Based on my interactions with Amy, I would be very happy to recommend Attic Self Storage to someone else.

I couldn’t recommend this storage facility enough. I needed a unit urgently, and Jayson went above and beyond. He managed to find a same-day moving van through their partners, and my whole flat was packed neatly in the matter of hours. He even switched the unit, reducing the size and the price, to accommodate the amount of things I had. He could very well have charged me for the larger unit, but he wanted the best price for me. It’s so refreshing to see a well run place with kind, honest workers. The facility is spotless, and can be accessed by app! 10 stars
