Customer service has been very good. Darren Dixon and Dean both incredibly helpful. Location is central. Make sure you download the app before arriving to location as entrance is controlled via app.
I had a great experience at Shurgard. Annette and Daron were both friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They made the whole process easy and clear, helping me find the right unit quickly. The facility is clean, secure, and well-organised, and their customer service really stood out.Even when I needed a different unit size on the move-in day, the process was smooth and absolutely 5/5. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. I really appreciate the professionalism and friendliness from both of them.Highly recommend!
Sorted super fast and efficient. Deals are really good especially for first time. Had an issue with online ID verification which was sorted straight away by Annette who was very helpful during setup.
