Good place with good access. New electronic locks now so you don't have to worry about keys. Uses app and everything is great. Recommended.

My experience with Green Storage Stridsklev has been very bad. Over a long period of time, I have tried to get my contact information, invoices, payments and access to the customer portal in order. Despite repeated phone calls and clear messages, important communications continued to be sent to the wrong person. I have paid from my own account and changed storage space to have the agreement registered correctly under me, but the matter was still handled in a confusing manner. Only after many inquiries did I receive the necessary information for the customer portal. At the same time, I received unclear payment requirements and a message that the warehouse had to be emptied immediately, without my experiencing that the history or my previous inquiries were properly taken into account. This has cost a lot of time and created unnecessary stress. The most serious thing is the lack of consistent customer service: No one seems to take responsibility for the entire case, and you have to repeat the same information yourself several times. I cannot therefore recommend Green Storage Stridsklev the way the customer service has worked in my case.
