Unclear conditions and unprofessional. The stalls are not cleaned before renting and the floor is very dirty. If you are going to rent here, be aware that if you rent after the 15th you have to pay for the entire next month anyway and if you rent before that you have to cancel at once if you are only going to rent there for the month. On the notice in the warehouse, however, it says that cancellation must be reported 14 days before moving out. In the contract it is worded differently. Ended up paying an extra month's rent for 2 stalls. It is a lot for nothing. In addition, they lock the stalls before the end of the rental period so that they become inaccessible. Canceling also takes a looooong time before you get confirmation even though according to the website it should only take a few days. getting in touch with customer service on the phone is not just, just. Only gets through if you choose a specific key selection.Rented a total of 3 stalls and at the start of one I did not get in with the code sent. Turned out they had put the lock on another storage room. I also experienced that they had suddenly put a code lock on when I arrived at the storage room hotel without me being informed. Thus, it was a no-go. They said there was no registered tenant in the storage room. Which was their own fault as they had initially put the wrong code lock on the wrong door. They were also informed of this.No apology or compensation from customer service. I only get the answer that it is standard procedure.Can't recommend renting here.

I was shocked when I opened my storage shed one day and saw dozens or hundreds of moths buzzing around the shed. I immediately contacted OK-minilager and made an agreement where they would contact their pest control company Anticimex to assess the situation, set out traps and contact me.This was never done, so when I returned on a later occasion my things were destroyed. I contacted OK-minilager again who promised to fix it and keep me updated on the matter. I never heard anything more and when I returned they tried to deny the problem even though there were moths buzzing around me on the other side of the premises where my shed is.I have now been working on this matter for many, many months and still hear nothing, nothing has happened, I have given all authorizations and permits, and done what I can in light of the situation.Edit: I finally got in touch with a customer service representative who opened a case with Anticimex again and a lot now seems to be able to be resolved. In dialogue with the pest control company, most of the problems seem to have their roots in poor and inadequate dialogue. I am therefore upgrading my feedback for the time being so that all the facts are on the table before I make any final judgment.Edit 2: The conclusion is in and this is a company you should steer clear of. I am simply shocked by the customer service, the proceedings, lies, untruths, misinformation, incorrect information and that the situation is still not sorted out.I recommend everyone who has assets stored at OK Minlager to take a trip to the warehouse and check. I recommend anyone who is considering storing something at OK Minlager to look for a competitor. This is customer service that seems to be tailor-made to waste time so that customers get bored. Everything was fine as long as there were no problems, but now I regret having anything to do with this company at all.
