I cannot recommend Ok to anyone. I tried for months to get a hold of a human being on the phone when I changed banks and had to add a new card! Then the message "payment omitted" came. And after a few weeks of going around with robots and unanswered emails, a response came about the request and a link to add a new payment card: as if I hadn't tried this long enough. Again! The link led me to error message 101 - page not found. Their platform was down. Then I sent a screenshot with the aforementioned error message - no response. Another month passed. Another error message. Now I get an email that "since they haven't heard from me" I will from now on be asked to pay by invoice unless I can add a card to their new system. Trying. Another error message, contacting again, another robot. And then, ladies and gentlemen - Ok sends invoices to all three of my banks and gets paid triple. Invoices in three banks go out 😡 This is, to say the least - shady! At best, a scam! Sent a complaint to case manager Jørgen with screenshots of all the error messages from their side from February to June with timestamps - got no response. And no, this is not my fault - my card - my bank - my balance - is in perfect order, thank you. Nothing: "We apologize for this, unfortunately.. We hope that in the future". Nothing. I have had stock at Ok for five years, and that is not how you treat customers: You call. You order together. Companies with their sense of humor and order in their affairs manage to produce a proper and dignified response after so much mess on their part. 3 new platforms for payment solutions were down. Now they may have gone international or merged with a Danish company. Strange that it doesn't work. But you know what?! It was about my valuable things, my assets; values. Respect that. An apology is in place. Changing stock, changing stock now!
