Terrible customer service on all levels, and a total mess in their system. Impossible to get a hold of on the phone, and when they do answer they are unable to answer basic questions. It also says that the warehouse is temperature controlled, which is not true. I hired moving help with a moving truck, and it ended up being an expensive project due to their incompetence. We arrived at the right address, but had driven into the wrong gate (gate A / gate B, both of which belong to this company), and therefore were unable to find the right store. This is not stated in either the app, text message, email or my page on their website. Ended up calling the emergency phone where the person who answered didn't even know that they had two departments at the same address... none of us had outerwear, and it was minus degrees inside the entire premises (even though it says online that it is temperature controlled). All in all - a bad experience for a high price.

The store is good, but I double booked a warehouse due to an error on the website. I have submitted receipts and requested a refund since I paid double for a warehouse. They do not respond to emails and it is hopeless to talk to someone on the phone who can help.
