Code on door doesn't work. Changed code but doesn't inform tenants! Impossible to get through on the phone!
The elevator sometimes doesn't work.Don't rent rooms on the 2nd or 3rd floor!The elevator can suddenly stop working without warning. Carrying the fridge and dining table up the winding concrete stairs was not an option.There is no service or contact number anywhere, and I had to go through the sales department on the phone to finally get a hold of someone who could help me.The elevator needs to be fixed by the janitor, so now I'm sitting here waiting...
Good arrangement, when the elevator actually works, and when there are trolleys available.The first trip went just fine, the second day we had to carry everything up the stairs, not acceptable.
