Happy with the shed. Easy gate that is operated by calling the gate👍What I think is missing is a trolley that is better suited than a pallet jack on uneven concrete floors.Otherwise this is a reasonable and good storage space 👍

Reasonable storage, but that's the only positive thing I can say. Had all our belongings there for 5 years in connection with a stay abroad. We got a large storage room in the basement, but during the rental period they moved the contents of all other storage rooms up a floor while our belongings were left alone. Then they turned off the dehumidifier at some point(!) The result was that all mattresses/bedding, upholstered furniture, clothes/textiles, books/photo albums, tents, hiking bags and shoes had to be thrown away. Even washing several times at 60c and airing the terrace for days didn't help. It smelled of mold and manure, and we found plenty of mouse droppings. I drove two full vans to Heggstadmoen. Expenses came to at least 100,000. Maybe more, because now (after 3 years) we constantly have to buy things again. The landlord apologized, but would not compensate us at all. We were asked to use contents insurance, but it turned out that they only covered 36 months. The only compensation we received was about 2000 from Gjensidige refunded since they had charged for the period they practically did not insure us. Our own fault for not reading the terms better, but still extremely annoying. Enjoy the pictures and be glad it is not your belongings.
I had my things in Minilager1, Trondheim while I was on exchange. When I returned, I discovered that my TV and amplifier had been stolen. In addition, there were bugs and insects all over my belongings. Another electronic device was frostbitten. Since the value of what was stolen/damaged was less than the deductible on the insurance, I wanted Minilager1 to replace it. This they refused to do. The height of rudeness was when they accused my parents of having broken the gate to the warehouse. I would not recommend Minilager1 to anyone.
Good service, cheap and large warehouses. Located relatively centrally. Car is a must. Would use Minilager next time. Highly recommended!
