If you want customer service, steer clear of these. We were filling our rented warehouse, and in the rush we forgot the time and were locked out at 10:02 PM. So there our entire warehouse was inside, but outside the warehouse door, blocking the entire hallway for many customers. After repeated conversations with a very helpful guy at Avern Security, we were only told that it was completely impossible to help, despite the fact that they can remotely open the door. I have not encountered such rigidity and lack of service in a long time. Luckily we had an extra key to the car, but the weekend trip was ruined. I know it was our fault that we forgot the time, but honestly, guys.

The warehouse is ok, but it is impossible to get onto their website and log in to my page. Impossible to keep track of payments etc. when the website and "my pages" NEVER work.

Gratis varebil er ikke så gratis. Markedsføres med at man får tilbudet om gratis lån av varebil i 4 timer, men nevnes ikke at men mister retten til gratis lån av varebil hvis man får rabatt den første måneden. Rabatt første måned må man derfor si fra seg ved oppstart.
