They gave us an invalid code for one of the locks so we couldn't get into the warehouse. Also, the elevator wasn't working. We arrived after customer service was closed.We called them the next day and they already confirmed that the elevator wasn't working. Despite that, they sold us two warehouses on the third floor.
Had a break-in at our warehouse and it doesn't seem like they have much control.You can use the code for the front door in both buildings regardless of whether you have a storage unit there.The elevator in one building is not suitable for moving, it is a standard small passenger elevator.Was also charged over 2000 kr in rent after the warehouse was terminated (long before the deadline).It looks like there should be a camera outside the building but there are just some wires dangling so it is clear that no one from City Self Storage is actually watching.Not recommended.
There has been a break-in on Petroleumsveien, and our store is in disrepair plus the stores next to us have also had uninvited guests. The warehouse is not taking this seriously and has not informed its customers that there has been a break-in!
