Storage unit is constantly infested with mice. When I complained about this I was told it was dealt with and the rodent infestation is gone. Despite Shurguard staff being aware of the rodents living in their units, they never informed us or sent a notice. Unfortunately a few months later my unit is full of mice droppings and stinks of pee. I strongly urge anyone considering Shurguard to avoid and go to Allsafe for a better experienceTo make the situation even worse they increased the monthly cost by 20 euro.Update. Shurguard asked me to reach out to their customer service team after a posted this review. Almost two weeks later after emailing they have not replied. They have made to effort to check our unit or make sure our stuff is okay. Performative reply to make it look like they care, was probably even AI

Great place if you’re into nature, as it comes with its own wildlife, free of charge. Unfortunately that wildlife is mice, and my unit had mouse droppings all over my stored items when I opened it. For a storage facility, basic pest control shouldn’t be optional. Would not recommend unless you enjoy cleaning rodent waste off your belongings.

During almost 5 years of service, never had any issue, even with all system being automated and digital. The facilities are in good condition and has a convenient toilet, spacious elevator, trolley cars to ease transport of belongings and park inside the facility to protect during loading/unloading process in harsh weather. Definitely recommend and would use again if needed. 👍🏻
