Friendly, spoke good English which was appreciated. But charged me 120eur for nothing - no diagnosis, just told me towbar electrics can't be fixed. On top of this when I got home the plug was replaced which fixed the problem, this could've been done here and saved a lot of stress. On top of that I have a scratch on my bumper where they took the bike rack out of the boot with clearly very little care. To add insult to injury my 6 week old car was also dented here whilst parked. This one not the company's fault but I wish I'd never been to Veldhoven.
Today I went to Schippers. My car was EXTREMELY dirty and the staff did an amazing job. Service was great. They offered me a free cup of coffee while I was waiting for my car. Top quality, professional and friendly service.
Terrible experience! It seems they were renewing the asphalt in the parking area (there was no asphalt at all, only gravel) and they left 2 concrete sidewalk edges on the road. I haven't noticed those and ran over them with the front of my car which damaged my car badly to the point of it not being driveable. Of course I complained, but no one answered to my emails or calls for almost 3 months!Also, I paid for 6 weeks of parking and a car wash, and even though my car was there for 1 week only until it was towed by my insurance company and didn't get a wash, they did not want to refund for the 5 weeks and car wash I paid but haven't used. I will never go there again!
