Car and power took rental. Location is a bit hard to get by public transport and not a lot of place to lock up your bike if you come pick up a car.Cars are fine, service is fine, I like that they rent cars out by the DAY rather than the hour so me coming back an hour later due to traffic in the European highways didn’t change my rate.Kinda weird that I need to leave the gas receipt in the car or get a fine.
I have rent a car there two years ago and till now I didn’t get back my deposit. When I was renting car I was asked by Borent employee to pay deposit by bank transfer. When returned car they told me I get money in couple of days. Unfortunately I didn’t. I sent many emails and in reply I got message from Borent company that I was scammed by their employee and they don’t care. They suggest to go police…. Really high quality customer service. Borent employees scam customers in Borent office in Eindhoven and they say for customer go away ! Be careful when you rent anything there !
I don't have any good image for Bo-rent. I rented twice. 1st time I rented on Friday. and try to return to Saterday. I didn't know they closed 12pm. I cannot return the car because shop is closed and I don't know what to do. I have to pay all days... some working people said he has to explain about it but not explained. and then every person explanation is not same. they have to united some manual.and 2nd time I got a truch without remove controller for lifter. it is super inconvenient . you guys know it how the lifter controller is important... working person we can refund... are you kidding?? I have to move now there is no chance anymore.I recommend to other truck company. Autohopper or others . their review is still over 4 stars. better that bo-rent
